3. Orders & Payment
   • By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase products subject to these Terms. We may accept, refuse, or cancel any order (including after confirmation) if we suspect fraud, pricing or inventory errors, or other issues.
   • You authorize us (and our third‑party payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees. If the payment method fails, you agree to provide a valid replacement method promptly.
   • We may use third‑party processors and services (e.g., major card networks, digital wallets, or installment/pay‑over‑time providers). Their terms may apply in addition to ours.
   • Promotional codes, discounts, and offers are subject to separate terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined or applied to previous purchases.

4. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery
   • After payment is authorized, standard order processing time is typically 24–48 business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to inventory, verification, or carrier delays.
   • Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees; once a package is tendered to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
   • We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., carrier issues, weather, customs, strikes). If we become aware of a material delay, we will take reasonable steps to update you.
   • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you may cause delays or non‑delivery. Please verify your address before placing your order.

5. Returns & Exchanges (U.S. Domestic)
   • Returns: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. To begin your return, email info@happychrist.com with your order number.
   • Non‑Returnable Items: Final sale/clearance items and customized or made‑to‑order products are not eligible for return.
   • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
   • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent. We do not provide prepaid labels at this time.
   • Exchanges: For a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order to ensure availability.
   • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@happychrist.com with your order number and photos. We will work with you on a suitable resolution.

6. International Orders
   • Where offered, international shipping is subject to additional transit times, duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

7. Gift Cards & Store Credit
   • Gift cards and store credits are non‑refundable and not redeemable for cash (except where required by law). Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

   • We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, remove, or edit User Content in our sole discretion.

15. Limitation of Liability

    • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) at issue during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, before a single arbitrator. YOU AND HAPPY CHRIST AGREE TO ARBITRATE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
    • Opt‑Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing info@happychrist.com with your name, account email (if any), and an unequivocal statement that you are opting out of arbitration.
